We want you to love your Princess Polly fit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be in original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Head over to our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the items you wish to return and select your preferred outcome: a refund to your original payment method or a 110% store credit.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once scanned, you can track your return's journey back to our warehouse.
